I really enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel with its traditional charm, but there were definitely some hiccups. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the hutongs, but I wish they had provided tea and coffee in the room. It can be challenging to navigate the narrow streets with luggage, especially with kids in the winter, but the staff was friendly and tried to help where they could.
